What are the payment options?

How much is the deposit to secure the date?

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking. The outstanding amount is due 7 days before the event.

 

How long is the hire?

All our equipment is hired out for 4hours at a time. This excludes setup and pack-down time. We may be able to extend the hire time at a cost, depending on availability.

Can I have play equipment set up outside?

Yes, we can set bounce houses & soft play equipment on flat, dry surfaces only. We would like to advise that there be an indoor option as a backup because there will be no refunds due to cancellations & weather.

Do you operate on weekdays?

Of course, that's prime party time, and we are ready to roll.

What are the Play rules?

Soft Play - Ages 0 - 6years​

Bounce houses - Ages 0 - 8years

No shoes

No Face paint or slime, this will stain our soft play

No food or drink is to be on or near the equipment

No water play

No art pens, paint, utensils, or glitter

Children are to be supervised at ALL times.
