What are the payment options?

 We accept payment via:

• Bank Transfer

How much is the deposit to secure the date?

 

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date.

Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

How long is the hire?

 

All of our equipment is hired for 4 hours at a time, excluding setup and pack-down.

Extended hire times may be available at an additional cost, subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I have play equipment set up outside?

 

Yes, we can set up our bounce houses and soft play equipment outdoors, provided the area is flat, dry and suitable for safe setup.

We strongly recommend having an indoor backup option, as our equipment cannot be used in wet or rainy conditions.

Please note that we do not offer refunds due to cancellations or weather, so having an indoor alternative is recommended to avoid disappointment.

 
Do you operate on weekdays?

Absolutely. We operate 7 days a week, including weekdays. Whether it’s a birthday, playdate or special event, we’re happy to help make your celebration one to remember.

What are the Play rules?

 

For the safety and care of all children and our equipment, please follow these rules:

Soft Play - Ages 0 - 6years​

Bounce houses - Ages 0 - 8years

• No shoes on the bounce house or soft play.

• No food or drinks on the equipment.

• No pens, pencils, markers, paint or crayons.

• No slime, play dough, glitter or confetti.

• No water play or wet items.

• No pets or animals on or around the equipment.

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• Please remove any sharp, hard or dangerous objects before play.

• Please treat all equipment with care and use it for its intended purpose.

• No rough play, climbing on the sides or unsafe behaviour.

• Please leave the equipment clean and tidy after use.
